Black Influencer Spotlight I

Bior is a South Sudanese born model, later becoming a Kenyan refugee and eventually moving to Adelaide, Australia with her five siblings. At 13, she would begin her modeling career, showcasing her aunt’s clothing line. Bior would then land a 2-year contract modeling for Saint Laurent. Bior would continue to sign contracts with luxury brands such as Valentino, Alexander McQueen, Givenchy, Kenzo, Prada, Lanvin, Loewe, Miu Miu, Tom Ford, Bottega Veneta, and others walking many of their runway shows. In 2019, she won the Model of the Year award at The British Fashion Awards in London and continues to walk in many shows today being one of the most in-demand models. She actively uses her platform to bring awareness to various issues around the world.
Born in St Louis, Missouri, Bolden is a stylist, wildly successful entrepreneur, creative director, and interior designer. Bolden is no stranger to luxury fashion, working for brands such as Oscar de la Renta, Chloe and Gucci. Taking his knowledge and passion of fashion, he would open his own vintage store called The Garment Room, in the SoHo area of New York City where he would begin consulting with other designers. Eventually, leading him to become the stylist for celebrity friends and clients such as Yara Shahidi, Mindy Kaling, Taraji P. Henson, Amandla Stenberg, Zazie Beetz, Sasha Lane, Ava DuVernay and more. He also wears many hats: the co-founder of JSN Studio, a residential and commercial interior design firm and luxury staging and product design studio, and creative director for HYPEBEAST, a Hong Kong-based contemporary culture and lifestyle company.
