Black Author Spotlight - Bianca Pensy Aba
Last week author Bianca Pensy Aba made the announcement of a lifetime - her debut novel Across Both Sides of the Mirror is set to release May 23rd 2023!
Bianca Pensy Aba is a Yaoundé, Cameroon native born May 27th 1993. Leaving her native country at eighteen, she graduated Graceland University in 2017 as a college athlete playing basketball and other sports for most of her life. Although having amazing athletic abilities, she could not ignore her first passion for writing. Pensy Aba currently lives in Allen, Texas, where she enjoys picnicking, reading, hiking, watching terrible dating shows, sipping a glass of wine on her balcony, and doing whatever else she is in the mood for. Taking a decade to herself, she has gained her motivations and passion back for writing to give the world a fleshed out world through the eyes of Nova in Across Both Sides of the Mirror.
Pensy Aba’s debut project, Across Both Sides of the Mirror, is a novel she created during her early teens surrounding the main character Nova as she considers the idea that life is passing her by living with broken relationships and hopes for life; however, her life takes a turn with the purchase of a peculiar antique mirror. Will she accept the visions the mirror shows her of an alternate life or take control of the reality she knows?
